Terms and Conditions

1. Scope and provider

The provider is Oliver Rotter (Aquarius Design), Bernoullistraße 4/12/6, 1220 Vienna, Austria (see the Imprint). These terms apply to all contracts for readings and written analyses concluded through this website. They apply in the version in force at the time the order is placed.

2. Services

We offer the following services, as described on their respective pages:

• Written Analysis (€79) — one complete chart, written for you and delivered by email within 5 business days. No live session.
• Basic Reading (€198) — a 60-minute live reading on Zoom, recorded. The recording is sent within 24 hours and a written summary within 48 hours.
• Advanced Reading (€398) — a 90-minute live reading on Zoom, recorded, with a recording within 24 hours, a summary within 48 hours, a one-page operating note within 5 business days, and one follow-up slot to be used within 60 days.

The prices and inclusions shown on each reading page at the time of your order are authoritative. Readings are a personal-development service; they are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice (see section 8).

3. Conclusion of contract

Selecting a service and completing payment constitutes a binding offer to enter into a contract. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email (the payment receipt). For readings with a live session, we then follow up by email to arrange a time and, where relevant, to send a preparation form; the calendar invitation with the Zoom link is sent by email.

4. Prices and payment

The prices stated on the respective reading page apply and are the total price. No value-added tax is shown (the provider is currently not subject to VAT; see the Imprint). Payment is made online through the offered payment provider (for example PayPal) before the service is provided. Payment reserves your time slot where a session is involved.

5. Scheduling, rescheduling and no-shows

• Basic Reading — you may reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before the session. Within 48 hours of the session, one reschedule is permitted; after that the slot is forfeited.
• Advanced Reading — you may reschedule free of charge up to 72 hours before the session. Within 72 hours of the session, one reschedule is permitted; after that the slot is forfeited.
• If you do not attend a booked session without rescheduling within these windows, the session is treated as delivered and no refund is due.
• The follow-up slot included with the Advanced Reading must be used within 60 days of the reading; unused, it lapses.

6. Delivery

Written deliverables are sent to the email address you provide within the periods stated in section 2 (business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Austrian public holidays). Live sessions are held at the time agreed by email. It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address and to attend at the agreed time.

7. Right of withdrawal and refunds

For services, you can request a full refund at any time before delivery has begun. Once a written deliverable has been sent, or once a live session has taken place, the service is considered performed and no refund is due, because you have received the work. Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies to consumers, it ends when the service has been fully performed with your prior agreement, or, for a written deliverable, once delivery has been made. If something in a delivered analysis or reading is unclear, send your question by email and we will follow up — that clarification is part of the service.

8. Nature of the service and liability

Readings and analyses are offered for personal reflection and orientation. They do not constitute medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice, and are not a substitute for professional advice in those fields. You remain responsible for your own decisions.

We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of an essential contractual obligation, and in that case liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical of this type of contract. Mandatory statutory liability, including under consumer-protection law, remains unaffected.

9. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

These terms and any contract concluded under them are governed by Austrian law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Where you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence, and the statutory places of jurisdiction for consumers apply.

10. Dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. You can reach us at any time at contact@oliver-rotter.com.

11. Severability

Should any provision of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected. Mandatory statutory provisions take the place of any invalid provision.
